Additional Fees are charged directly to the client's credit card on file for Late Cancellations/No-shows, summaries, paperwork requests, and court requests. These fees cannot be charged to insurance and are outlined in our intake paperwork.

Clients insured through Aetna or paying out-of-pocket will be billed for sessions through ALMA billing services, and those wishing to use their out-of-network benefits can be provided a superbill. Clients insured through BCBS will have claims handled by clinician's team directly with insurer.
